Moformer supports up to 350 pounds. 

For Moformer Plus, you will need wifi as you need to connect the display and digital weight. The other functions like traditional reformer and massage do not require wifi.

For Moformer Pro, you will not need wifi.

Depends on the machine type. The online membership provides contents and more function of digital weight control, as well as records of exercise.

Once you purchase moformer plus for individual use, you’ll receive 1 month free to the membership for our Online Studio. This membership will begin once you’ve received your moformer plus upon device activation.

After the complimentary month is over, there is a charge at $39/mo. Membership is charged separately. Cancel anytime.

If you purchase moformer plus for commercial use, e.g. in a studio. Then the membership is different as it is expected more accounts needed, you're welcome to contact us for understanding the value and what moformer plus can do for you.

For Moformer Plus, we have two sources of resistance: one is digital weight, other is springs. 

As of now, we use springs as resistance for Pilates.

As our design and technology develops, we may have updates.

Besides Pilates function at its own springs. 

The display, digital weight and massage would need power. So applicable machines requires acess to a standard power outlet.

Selected model e.g. Moformer Plus do have.

Digital weight is to use electric motor  driven forces instead of iron plates' gravity force. 

The maximum load is up to 220 lbs/100kgs as of now. 

There are many movements you can have on the Moformer Plus. The concern sometimes comes from the frame of Pilates reformer. However, we've worked with instructors and developed alternative movement which are effective and safe.

Our moformer will work like a standard studio-grade reformer without plugging it in.

However, for massage module and or the display, digital weight, you will need to plug the machine into a power source.

The massage is a light relax post exercise. It provides massage along the Spine (Acupressure Massage), and it also comes with thermal via a remote control you can set as you desire.

Assembly is available at checkout. Assembly will include the moving of machine to the setup location of your choice, unpacking, and assembly of your order.

You may also assemble by yourselves but require people's assistance.

Shipping cost:

• Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Moformer is built with " Share More, Live Core".  Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

• This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction caused by ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. Damage to the product upon receipt of delivery must be notated upon delivery.  You are encouraged to thoroughly inspect your moformer and report any damage within 3 days to the delivery company and moformer support.

• For returns, please email hello@moformer.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions where to send returned machine or accessories. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items except the event the product was returned due to defect.  Returning a machine costs $300 or more due to its size.

• Product is expected to be returned in the same condition that it was received. If there are missing accessories or damage to the equipment that was not noted upon receipt, a fee will be associated for refurbishment and repair that will be deducted from your purchase price prior to refund.

• When returned item is received and inspected,you receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

• Once the moformer has been delivered, the technician will contact you directly via text message and email to setup a time window of your choice. This window is the expected time to assemble your reformer in the place of your choice. Please be sure you are available and in your place during the selected time of installation. If the technician arrives and you are not present, there will be an additional charge to reschedule your appointment.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:

• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
